Guidelines and restrictions
- There are no refunds or partial refunds on group registrations.
- There is not currently a way to register a group online; group registration is available by mail or fax only.
- More than 50 percent of group attendees must be active AIGA members or the group’s company must hold an active AIGA group membership. The company qualifies for group registration even if those listed on the membership are not those registering for the conference.
- The group registration belongs to the company; if a registered attendee from the group is no longer an employee of the company, the company has the right to send another employee in the individual’s place; please email the change to AIGA.
- Those registering through this process must be from the same company; all name badges will reflect the same company name.
- Companies that have purchased a group conference registration package and wish to purchase additional registration(s) may pay the pro-rated difference for the new registration(s) at the discount price.
- Substitutions are typically from member to member or from nonmember to nonmember; substitutions will be granted as long as 50 percent of the group are AIGA members or an AIGA group membership is held.
- This offer does not apply to AIGA student and/or educator members; a generous discount is already available online.
